I would not expect you to believe anything that did not make sense to you.
If you notice something that looks strange, investigate it. Call up your sales rep and look at it together. You have the decline statistics on your reports page. You can see the reasons yourself. You have the tools to investigate it.
If you see a problem, find out what?s causing it. This is a business like any other out there.
As I mentioned above about the reporting change, one of our larger clients called me up when all of the sudden his declines went up. Sales were about the same. I looked at it, compared different days, and decided that it did not look right and found out the reason for it...that is how I knew.
He didn?t seem to mind it at all, but rather than sit there and think ?This processor is all of the sudden declining all of my sales to line their pockets with more $ and protect themselves?, he found out the reason.
GirlsFreePics, what makes sense to you? We charge our accounts based on a %, not off of the number of transactions that get declined.
