Depending on what state he's in, he could probably get even more nailed for doing that fucked up animal abuse in front of a child, especially a 4 year old. With that kind of sick shit they'll yank his kid right out of the house and probably make the fucker take some psychiatric tests at the least.
Hell, if that's whats going on with the cameras on who knows what he does when the cameras are off.
One call to his local PD and they'll be knocking on his door. In NYC the SPCA arrests people for that.
