Technically anyone can foward a url to any site they want. There may be some ramifications to the domain holder if they foward freetonkatoys.com to a gay gangbang site, however it is not because they are implying they own the gangbang site.

Next issue is the whole content issue. Technically again in your situation you are both. Since anything and everything on your site is content, from the text to your husbands cock. Seems though that your taking a negative aspect to the word content and should not be.
