Do a dump of the mysql db ( in zip format ).

Install the script on the other domain, including the new database. Then drop ( delete ) the tables of the new database. Then import the dump of the old database...
Site will be as it was, unless you have mods on the original domain.
If so, copy the mods to new domain.
