If talking about things only made them worse ... I guess we should stop making newspapers and TV news shows should only report "feel good" stories.
His argument makes no sense and just another lame attempt to distract from the issue. I suggest ignoring these guys with non-sensical arguments and sticking to the debate.
Remember, the majority of us are sheep. We follow and do not lead. If those that set the trends take a stand, the sheep will follow. And that is why discussions like this are good.
If visible companies and boards take a stand it has a trickle-down effect. "See what happens when you screw people". On the other hand ignoring it gives the okay: "Well, if the big guys don't have a problem with it, why should I?"
