that's how it starts for me - it's peaceful and relaxing but after half a day i can feel the worm turn and it becomes torture.
and like the guy above I would love to farm out grunt work but the problem is that even grunt work needs to be done the right way and most grunt workers because of the pay just don't give a shit enough to do a good job.
