good luck with everything. not sure what to recommend her doing but be careful, when something gets lost in the anus it has so many places to go.. whereas if it were lost into the vagina it would only be able to go into a cul-de-sac type of environment. dildos/vibrators without a wide base or fake balls should never be used in there..
but at least you/she knows for next time!
