Yeah, the pickings are pretty slim when you get an order for 20 scenes in a very specific niche. Lets say you get an order for teen hardcore scenes. I challenge any of you guys to find even 5 cute teen looking girls on the agency sites. I am talking CUTE and without white trash tats all over her. (obviously I am talking about LA and not europe)
Recruit your own you say? Ha ha, yeah sure if you fucking pay me to do it. Recruiting is a full time job and even the agents who have people on payroll recuriting all day long hardly manage to get any new girls.
