The adult porn industry in the US is a job like any other. The exception is is that the legal working age to work in this industry is 18, not 16/15/14/12 (depending on which state). You saying a high flying tech firm can't headhunt a 'minor' who shows excellent skills with coercion to come work for them when he/she's of legal age to work?
The guy isn't even coercing her - he's just prebooked her. Nothing illegal in that.
