TGP and Hosted Galleries..

I'm trying to understand the benefits of TGP and how to provide hosted galleries.

As a paysite, I've always kept the content behind the password protection, not just to get paid, but to keep the content away from kids. If I post some Free Hosted Galleries, wouldn't they need to be in an area that anyone can see? Do I just need to post a front page warning? I notice when I click on most of the banners here, I go right to a picture page..

If I get into TGP stuff, how am I getting paid? Is it just by putting the link to my site on the thumbnail pages?

What do I need to consider before posting free thumbnail pages?

Also, if I go with some TGP programs, how many images are normally included in a set?
