Aaron I'm very dissapointed in the way you have made me out to be a villain here without knowing all the issues. I used to consider you a good friend... I guess not.
However I'm going to take the high road here no matter if I get bashed or not... Stuart you know where to find me if you want to talk.

I admittedly don't know the entire story, but what I do know is that if you had any issues with Stuart's employment and concerns about going forward then you should have addressed them before he continued to work for you in his spare time completing work for you that he could have just as easily walked away from. Seems to me him sticking around to finish the job makes him truly a 'team player'. This business requires a lot of trust, especially when large budgets come into play, budgets that can as easily be thrown at any number of places that conduct themselves professionally....
