I think Green will be fine. Other than being 37 years old there's nothing wrong with him.
I think he's out because he's Dick Vermeil's guy, always has been, and now Herm Edwards wants to develop his own guy. I think that's also the reason he struggled a bit last year, because the offense was different with the new coach and it takes time to adjust.
I hope the dolphins get him, they already have a young and raw QB on the roster and will probably draft another this year, and Green would be the perfect bridge so the fins can win some games while the young guys develop.
