Dipshits at the gym who load on the weight and then do like 1/2 a rep...lol
So today is leg day....so im doing squats...im not even trying to do a lot..as i am still getting back into the swing of things and it is best to go slowly.
But this dude goes to the rack beside me gives me a dirty look as im only doing low weights...and doubles what i was doing. then proceeds to go down about half the way on every rep...lol
who the fuck does he think he is fooling?
these are the same people who do shit like throw the weights around without thinking about how it will affect their joints....see you in ten years when your elbows are shot..lol
anyway..i was quite pissed at him....but in a month ill be upping my weights..and then we shall see his snotty look when im doing the same weights as him but nice and slow and full motion.
