does anyone know of a script or program that
-generates RSS feeds based on database or CSV entries
-AND that respects the pubDate in the database, so it will only add an item to the feed when the pubDate has been reached
-the script or desktop program automatically updates the feed, so needs to be running on server or desktop

have seen about 10 scripts over the last 2 dates and none seem to be able to do this
