the amount of submissions per IP address is limited per day, to prevent spamming.
Also the amount of submissions from a domain is limited per day, i.e. to prevent tons of people submitting videos from
www.youtube.com/.... each day.
For regular posters, we sell 'partner accounts' pretty cheap.
I know most TGP owners will expect you to purchase partner accounts if you want to submit galleries regularly, although some will offer them for free (i.e. to make the TGP completly automatically driven, and they just profit from the skimmed traffic)
