, based on somewhat limited experiences:
Europe can work very well, but there are certain points to note:
1. you need to appear somewhat local:
- payment processing according to country specifics
- language (not must in all countries, but usually more south you go, more important the local language becomes)
- country specific content. This is a hard one, but majority of people like mostly people who look like themselves (race / looks wise). Swedish are not same as Finnish. Greek are not Italians. Etc.
2. you need to educate surfers a little bit more
(much more "virgin traffic" here in Europe)
And for other stuff, mostly the same stuff that should be universal, applies to Europe as well. Some stuff can be more important in Europe.
