Kermit version is the best - making somebody laugh is a much harder thing to do than making somebody sad. could have done a better job with Kermit's voice though.
as for copyright infringing, it's satire, which makes it exempt - see underground cartoonist Robert Crumb's victory defending himself against Walt Disney.
