I emailed Roger about paypal joins about a month or two ago? Something like that, maybe closer to a month. He said they aren't currently counted towards webmasters, so you won't see that sale
Basically he said he wasn't sure how they would convert/retain/etc, and they account for a low amount of sales. Very fast response, but this wasn't during the Vegas convention.
