I have a theory about Alex Jones.
Let's say that there IS some kind of conspiracy / shadow government / whatever. If I were them, one of my goals would be to create larger-than-life promoters of the possible existence of such a group / conspiracy. What I would hope is that they go to far - which Alex Jones does. As soon as a certain line is crossed, all credibility is GONE, even if he was dead right about something.
Alex Jones, David Icke, The Upsate New York Loose Chage Retards, etc - these people are all DETRIMENTAL to the 'cause' of exposing a 'new world order' type group if there was one (David Icke and his shape-shifting reptilians anyone?? Hollow earth? come on - that's crack-pot stuff)
So, while so many of the disciples of the people mentioned above run around telling people "you have your head in the sand", the reality is that they are performing a service for the very people they are supposedly fighting against by discrediting themselves and thus, the information.
