email lists
I am interested in doing some email marketing. Who has lists? Are their any lists that will do a CPA (cost per acquisition) pricing? I am also interested in a CPC (cost per click) pay model. The list should be a true double opt in and obviously adult oriented. spam me with ideas/offers.
