I don't care how obnoxious Squizz can be or what he said in attempts to collect his money, you took his money and didn't deliver a product, pay him Madrox. He brought this to the boards over a month ago and you promised to pay him back, you should have sent the money by the next day. There is no "I'm short on funds can't pay you now... blah, blah blah" Pull out your credit card and fund paypal and pay him, you don't have a cc, then borrow the money. You had already kept his money for weeks before that point.
You said you didn't have internet access for two weeks after the agreement was made. Then walk your ass to the library and inform him of your situation and offer him a refund at that point. Bottom line, you owe him $350. Work some extra hours at your telemarketing job or put in some extra hours cookin burgers at your dads sportsbar, whatever you have to do to get him his money.
