Sounds like the list of pass / spot holders was a nightmare to deal with. I know many people who had passes that they paid for 3 months and had free for over 9.

There's a very good reason for this statement. My manager reported everything happening in the technical areas of GTS to Mark. Once he was let go, there were no reports.
I had a sit down with Mark where Mark explained that he couldn't place a value on a programmer because he's a sales guy, and he needs to see a $ in the profit column to understand their value in the company. I can understand that as well, Mark's a sales guy... it's how he thinks. But he said he understood that he had to put that aside as a programmer and tech people are valuable despite not bringing in sales.
Anyway, I reported to my manager, he made Mark understand what I was doing. He had a way of getting Mark to understand.
I tried to explain as best as I could that the SubmitPass situation was futile. Many of us did. We expressed huge concerns over trying to rush everything and just make it work. But that wasn't a concern, the bottom line was the only issue.
One problem rolled into a bigger problem, which rolled into 2 bigger problems and snow balled from there.
