Sounds like the list of pass / spot holders was a nightmare to deal with. I know many people who had passes that they paid for 3 months and had free for over 9.

Communication is integral in these kinds of situations. I have no idea how Stu handled it with Mark but in my past experiences with him and his work he's never hesitated to give full explainations in layman's terms what is being dealt with. Some people don't have a technical mindset, some people don't ask they just demand, some people will just never get it. I have no idea what it is in this case, it could be something else entirely, but one thing I DO know, is that it would be a COMPLETE 180 for Stu to do great work for so many people for so long and suddenly become a rotten apple overnight. I'm not making judgement calls here, I don't like to involve myself in this kind of personal crap on the boards, but it really just doesn't seem in character for that to be the case. Something like communication (which requires speaking AND listening, it doesn't just fall on one person) is a common issue when dealing with this kind of situation.
