Listening to the recorded calls, the thing that struck me time and time again was that, in most cases, if a man complained, and then was given a logical explanation, he would understand and that would be that. Most of the women refused to listen, even when they were actually at fault or there was a completely logical answer or solution, and screeched irately until they'd done their speil.

If you are or were in customer service and had a hard time with women, all I can say is something is or was wrong, same goes for any other of you. I still work with women
( do online Maint ) and believe me they don't know shit about a computer. It's all in how you approach it, you can have'm eating out of your hand. I have Zero, Zip, problem with listening 2 women complain or for that matter men.
Well I did have a problem with one woman once. She was a Lawyer, went 2 her home to upgrade her PC. Nope can't tell what I did.
