Right on the money. Most people don't drink enough water. A lot of vatamins give you "dry mouth" or encourage you to drink extra water. People do and find they piss more than "normal".
Also Most multi vitamins overload what they have in them, so the colorful pee is just you pissing out the extra's. ruff example - your body can process 100mg Vitamin C in 1 hour. In a 1 hour span you ingest 400mg Vitamin C. Your body processes 100mg Vitamin C and you piss out 300mg Vitamin C.
