Indeed, it would.
But my intention is to resolve this business matter, not to spice things up unnecessarily.
The person contacted me within a couple minutes of this thread going up and we are discussing resolutions.
At this point, I've accomplished what I wanted too and I don't see any need to expose somebody if they do in fact work things out.
I happen to like this person but I have to maintain business as well.
