You have to realise that this psycho has been doing the same childish approch over and over again. His country is in deep economic shit and has been using threats to get help and attention from the United States. The problem is, the current US administration can't stand whining babies, especially under a blackmail approach, and the psycho is not satisfied because we didn't give him his candies yet.
