All that talk is for public consumption dude and to keep the peace. They dont want war but if it really came down to World War III there is no way in hell China or Russia would be US allies.
No fucking way. Period.
Bringing China into the WTO was a means by which to appease them but its coming from an angle they predicted, and they would never do it.
