People are whining a lot about Dirty Frank and that he whines a lot. I totally agree with everyone here 100%. I'm like juicy though even though he seems to whine a lot I finally realized that he might just be trying to help out a few people? Could this be possible? I'm sure that Frank is an alright guy, its just some people seem to judge before talking to the person first
