OK, I don't know anything about FlashFxp, and I do not have a big fuzzy button fetish. (only a medium sized one!)
But I do love cuteFTP pro not only for it's autoresume, but especially for its scripting function.
It can, download files, rename them, and upload them to a different location, all with one macro.
