Mosquitos transfer malaria, encephalitis, ross river fever, dengue, etc, etc.

Ross River fever and dengue are only passed from another infected person (human) so if you want to believe what the health authorities state, then keep on believing that mosquitos can't pass on HIV.

How many cases have been reported regarding HIV having been transmitted without any known cause. You might wonder, but it is quite a few and normally it has been someone in close contact (not physically or sexually) with an HIV infected person.

The argument that not enough blood is on the mosquito's proboscis to infect someone is completely flawed. I refer back to Dengue (break bone fever) and the like. I might add that I live in a dengue zone and you get a bit nervous when your neighbour has just come back from holidaying in Asia.
