Sorry to hear that hon, I know what you're going through. I just had to put my 19 yr. old cat down in November. I held her in my arms as the vet injected her, so at least she died in the arms of someone that loved her, like your Princess did.

You're right - it is like losing a kid. My son is 21 and this had been "his" cat for all of the years that he can remember. We had her cremated and she sits here on my desk with me every day - just like she did when she was alive.

She'll be waiting for you at the Rainbow Bridge with open paws.
