I need to mount a monitor on it's side, but have the image still be right side up. I can't seem to do it in the settings. Do I need a special graphics card?

I'm trying to mount a 19" monitor inside an old upright arcade game to convert it into a mame machine. The monitor that came out was monuted sideways, and the monitor overlays are all taller than they are wide.

Anyone familiar with this?
