This guy has the best wordpress themes..He once hosted a wordpress theme competition that had some great entries. sorry, not allowed to post url yet..but you should go to the /projects page, then there /wordpress/theme directory in there
This is where I get most of my themes, and I just tweak them to fit whatever I'm blogging about. Oh yeah, wordpress also has it's own section for themes..I think someone already posted the url here though..(not sure, it might be themes.wordpress.com)
