I upgraded to version 2.0 or whatever they have on the microsoft site, so you may need to do the same. its free and does not take long to dl and install the upgrade.

Hi! Thank you so much!  I'm actually looking to take a screen cap from a DVD playing in wmp from disc. I don't think I will be able to do what you suggested in that case.
