No idea how old she is, but I'd tend to say 25- because this childish euphoric "fall in love with two guys" is more a teen thing.
Just take it as it is, dump her, and in a few weeks you'll be over it and life goes on as normal (yes, it fucking does, even if you wouldn't agree at the moment). Be happy that you found out before you invested even more time, had kids, married, etc.
Go on a "payback" tour through the clubs every weekend, fuck a dozen chicks , get drunk, whatever, but stop whining because it's useless and won't help you. It's over, out, end, don't let the illusion that it can be like before again fool you, it can't.
Be a man and don't make it worse by degrading yourself and behaving like an idiot !
