Are you kidding me? I've been approached by a few black people on the street while i've been walking, and told "Hey whitey, fight ya for ya wallet." Of course, i've been approached by white people that would like to pick a fight with me too. But my point is, racism is not exactly something that's exclusively a white trait. I've met a hell of a lot of black people that could put any skinhead to shame with their racial taunts.
Asians too. There are certain clubs where i live (Brisbane, Australia) where white people just aren't welcome. I mean, they won't have a go at you if you just go in and head to the bar, but do a thing wrong, or crack onto the wrong girl, and your face will be out ont he curb in a matter of moments.
There are racists in every ethnic group. If you can't see that, you need to get out a little more often.
