I didnt even watch the flick, but this is why its safer to stay in the mainstream. I would venture to guess that the girl agreed before the shoot that it was going to be a male dominant type shoot with some rough throating. probably a disclaimer signed, and yea some guys make a lot of money of the male dominant type stuff... but watch out. if i am not mistaken, this is similar to the sort of thing that sweet got busted for.
you gotta be careful because whether the model got paid or not, signed a release or not, the bottom line is that "obscene" can be defined by whatever judge and jury you are standing in front of.
