Regardless of how you interpret Lars' actions...
I'm not aware of any "local state laws" that deal with stock trades.
I'm pretty sure this is in the sole jurisdiction of the FTC.
So, unless I'm mistaken, that kinda shows right off that you really have no idea of what you speak, ya know...
