I have however found a replacement host. This time, a UK host who physically own the servers, and is within driving distance so should anything like this happen again, he wouldn't be able to hide behind e-mails

Well im hoping they realise that not only am I covered under the sellers 7 day refund policy, but the guy has now cancelled my account when he's claiming a years worth of payments.
