Sure.. basically his "website" is non-operational, he's trying to play the disappearing act after having been in biz for a couple of months - classic
Still checking but smells he may have been involved with hosting in the past where that also ended up failing. Either way, Phillip Martucci-Egan is another lump of human waste heading for settlement day.
