When Visa announced the new regulation, all the major pay sites made a deal forseeing the oppurtunity. They saw this major change as oportunity in making major changes about their program too.

What they did was cutting a shaving deal/arrangement. The deal was that they all start to shave certain percentage on massive scale namele around 50% for small time webmasters - 15 to 25% for bigger names. All this is to be blamed on Visa and Ibill.

Because of large amount of participants in this scam, the scam is going unnoticed and nothing can be proved because there is always Visa/Ibill for fingers to be pointed at.

This isn't Illuminati conspiricy deal, this is the raw truth. I got this from very reliable source which I can't disclose nor I can prove anything for fact. Dollarcash was kind of an evidence of what is really going on with all the major sponsors.

Some pay sites have developed techniques for the scam not to be noticed even among the webmasters sharing that program. There are ways of the week where they shave certain webmasters and there are days when others are being shaved and the previous guys get large amount of sales for the sake of the level of contradiction (Devide and rule).


You can easily laugh at me, point middle fingers and what not, but consider this and let us try and change this major type of fraud going on.
