Local county sites have that feature more and more. Try that. ANY site you go thru that is ...us.gov will be more out of date than your local county or states sites.

That particular cop might not be allowed to give out that kind info... the old man calls a captain he knows when he hunts someone down. lol Then he has access to the whole country in LEADS. Hard to believe your state LEADS is down. Possible if they are getting something new all interconnected. But over a weekend? Hmmm
