It says you need the models IDs and a model release giving the photographer the right to resell the content. You then need the photographer to sign a release/contract so you can resell the content.
Whether you need any license to sell the content will depend on where you live, ask a local lawyer.

Thanks for the response. However, as far as I know these girls have never been shot by a professional photographer. The pics were taken by friends /bfs. I set some of the up doing cam shows and they took pics to advertise their cam shows etc. Over time a few have asked if I could sell their pics but I have no idea how to approach it.
And I could be wrong they might be the worst pics in the world. I will post a couple later. Gonna have to find my old website CD around here first. I thought some of them looked alot better than some pics I have seen in paysites but that's not saying much these days. Anyway, thanks again for the response.
