Depending on the site offering them a special 'loyal customer' discount offer is a good idea. You can still make a decent amount of coin from your exiting customers, that's for sure, just have to know how to offer them something they want.
A targeted poll asking why they left that pops a scripted 'don't go' message dependent on what they answered might work.
