I agree, too many people are falling for it, as soon as people stop falling for it then scammers will just close shop.

I was selling a laptop on ebay and would get lots of the "I am in the military on tour, I'll pay with a check, but I have to get this soon as I may not be at this location long, I'll send a courior pick up so that it doesnt cost you anything to ship"
Or something similar to that. So I said ok to one, and had the courier he sent pick up a 5' peice of rail track, weighed like 100 lbs.
2 weeks later he sent an email saying I was scamming him, lol. He send a check, looked like it was made with a typewriter and on plain white paper, lol.
The tracking showed it went to somewhere in nigeria, must have cost him a pretty penny to have the rail shipped to him too, lol.
