That is much better than attempt number one, but you know what? You could have copied almost any reality site into that format.
Sit down, take what you have now, and decide how you can put it on a page so Joe Surfer will want to wank to whats inside.
You are on the right track, but here are a couple of obvious ones I noticed --
what a stale page -- no animation, nothing truly eyecatching and NO FREAKING LINK TO THE JOIN PAGE ON THE FIRST SCREEN WITHOUT SCROLLING.
I'm sorry, I hate to yell, but dude, if you dont tell a surfer to join over and over and make sure he can see it from every point in the page he is NOT GOING TO JOIN.
The marketing text is boring. Yes, I said boring. I don't want to hurt your feelings but go read what your competition is saying...
And last but not least, what's the point to the site? Is this like Bubble Girls, where the girls always cum, is this like videos, what is it????
You are making progress but if you want to see good conversions you still have a ways to go.
