Their affiliate service isn't what what I'd call "lightning fast" but the few times I had a problem, one was a check I forgot to cash that had become void, they responded to my mails within a few days.
Btw, replacement check took a week to arrive, no questions asked.
They are good guys, I'm sure you'll get this resolved.
