I personally oversaw the integrations with our nats system for LB and PBP and both companies support staff were AAA+++ on the setups and continue to offer virtually 24/7 support although we have not required it. Best of all, we're making sales for our affiliates in countries we previously could not bill and are really pleased with the results.
