Blood pressure is perfect.... can compete with my trainer when we do 5ks... she beats me by about 2-3 minutes... Can leg press about 320.... Can do single leg squats at 100 lbs... Do crunches with a 25 lb plate... Can bike 25-30 miles on mountain trails..
BBW doesn't = fat, lazy, unhealthy...
I realize as I get older.. calorie intake will have to change to like 1300-1400 to avoid weight related joint issues and whatnot..
but my heart is healthy as can be
again.

OMG, I can soooo remember the days when I used to be able to do all that. LOL well I don't know about mountain trails but 5 days a week in the gym, leg presses, stairmaster, treadmill, bike, squats etc... you name it I did it. The first time my brothers personal trainer saw me get on a squat machine and stack all the plates he thought I was going to hurt myself lol.
Was down to a size 16, although I will tell ya my calorie intake was a lot more but it was low fat and very healthy, I did not eat junk.
